My next investigative series will focus on the great state of Montana. Considering my favorite show is Yellowstone (if you haven’t binged it, what are you waiting for) I’m not that shocked. Yellowstone depicts Montana as a good ‘ol boys club with little regard for the law. From what I’ve seen from whistleblowers in Montana…that’s not far from the truth.
Today, my first part of the series was published on PJ Media.
The Montana judiciary is in deep trouble. The Wall Street Journal picked up on a local story that has been exploding since last April but has just now started to get national attention. In April, the Montana judiciary was caught red-handed lobbying against bills that would lead to more accountability for judges. This comes right on the heels of the scathing Wall Street Journal report that found hundreds of judges refusing to recuse themselves from hearing cases in which they had financial investments — a story that reached even the Supreme Court — as the judiciary is being exposed.
Make sure you get over there and read the whole thing. The Supreme Court of Montana has been caught lobbying against bills written to keep their power in check. It’s incredible, really. Much like the Gangsters Ad Litem in St. Louis County who were caught colluding against litigants on a Zoom meeting, the Supreme Court justices in Montana were caught with their pants down in emails they tried to hide from the Attorney General. It’s honestly mind-blowing so don’t miss it.
The good people of Montana are trying to right this situation. Tune into tomorrow’s Livestream (on YouTube and Facebook) to hear all about it.
Speaking of the Livestream, make sure you like and subscribe on YouTube in order to be notified of new shows. Last week’s was pretty interesting with the body language expert Mandy O’Brien weighing in on child sodomizer Chuck Haynes’ deposition. If you missed it, here’s the replay.
